Peppermint Patty
Ingredients
- 2 oz. Chocolate Syrup
- 1 oz. Pusser's Blue Label Rum
- 3/4 oz. Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/2 oz. Peppermint Extract
- Peppermint Patty (to garnish)
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Shake until cold and well mixed.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice, garnish with the peppermint patty and enjoy!
Peppermint Patty Cocktail
This cocktail is probably best served for dessert. It's a heavy, yet delicious cocktail that is perfect for any mint chocolate fan out there. The rum adds a hint of spices while the chocolate and peppermint do most of the work. Feel free to adjust the peppermint to your liking, a little goes a long way! For an added bit of excitement, try replacing the peppermint extract with peppermint schnapps.
