Delivery, Availability and Pricing
Please read the following carefully before you complete your transaction.
These product terms and conditions affect your rights and liabilities under the law and set out the terms under which the Up Spirits Inc. makes the products available to you so please take a moment to read.
Based on order volume, we typically ship orders once a week - usually on Thursday or Friday. Once your order is received by the shipping carrier, your estimated time of arrival is dependent on your selected shipping option.
Unless otherwise specified, products offered through the Up Spirits Inc. are not returnable after purchase. You assume the responsibility for your purchase, and no refunds will be issued.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days from the purchase date.
Delivery will be arranged to the address specified by you on the completed order form. To ensure you receive your order safely, please give a daytime address where someone can sign for the delivery. An adult signature is required on all deliveries containing spirits.
We cannot arrange deliveries to PO boxes. Please provide a physical address for all deliveries.
Neither the Up Spirits Inc. nor the carrier will be liable for non-receipt of the goods. We will arrange for delivery to the address as you have entered it on the order. We cannot accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address is incorrect or incomplete. Please check the delivery address if you are uncertain.
If you request a delivery to a business, we shall consider the delivery to be successful, if it is delivered to a reception area and signed for by a representative at that address.
After your order has been submitted, please allow up to two days for processing. This is an estimate though and does not include weekends or holidays.
Please note that orders containing spirits can only be delivered within the United States.
We shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control. All parcels are delivered by common carrier. Do not accept damaged goods.
We must be notified of damaged goods within 2 days of delivery.

All of the products offered through the Up Spirits Inc. are subject to availability. Your website transaction is not complete until you finish the entire checkout process and click the complete order button.
Purchases are limited to adults 21 years of age or older. For this reason, we may refuse an order at our discretion and orders may not be transferred from the customer to any other person.
You can pay by any American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Discover credit card. Your credit/debit card details will be encrypted to minimize the possibility of unauthorized access or disclosure. Authority for payment must be given at the time of order.
Prices on the website are exclusive of sales tax. Up Spirits Inc. is a marketing company that acts as the agent for the consumer. Orders are fulfilled by licensed retailers of alcoholic beverages throughout the United States and delivered on the customers’ behalf within that state.
