1. Candy Cane Cocktail 

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz. Pusser's Blue Label
  • 1 oz. peppermint extract
  • 2 oz. white chocolate syrup
  • 2 oz. vanilla syrup
  • whipped cream
  • chocolate syrup (for garnish)
  • crushed candy canes(for garnish)
  • candy cane (for garnish)

Instructions:

  • Pour chocolate syrup on a small plate and dip rim of each glass in the chocolate
  • Gently dip chocolate covered rim in the crushed candy canes to coat
  • Pour the rum, peppermint extract, white chocolate syrup, and vanilla syrup in a shaker over ice
  • Shake gently, then pour into garnished glasses
  • Top with whipped cream and a candy cane

2. Gingerbread Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Pusser's Blue Label
  • 1/4 tsp molasses

Instructions:

  • Combine rum, molasses, allspice, and pumpkin pie spice in a small saucepan over medium heat

  • Cook until molasses is melted
  • Remove from heat and allow to cool 5-10 minutes
  • Fill a shaker with ice and add heavy whipping cream, as well as rum mixture
  • Shake well to blend, then strain into a glass
  • Serve with gingersnap cookies

3. Santa Hat Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbs powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp water
  • 3 tbs coconut flakes
  • 3 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 oz Pusser's Blue Label
  • 1/2 oz grenadine
  • candy cane (for garnish)

Instructions:

  • Mix powdered sugar and water together in saucepan until smooth
  • Spread coconut flakes on a plate
  • Dip the rim of a Martini glass in the sugar mixture until the rim is coated
  • Dip the sugared rim into the coconut flakes
  • Add the cranberry juice, rum, and grenadine into a shaker with ice
  • Shake and strain into the coconut rimmed Martini glass and serve
  • Garnish with a candy cane

4. Peppermint Patty Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz white chocolate syrup
  • 1 oz Pusser's Blue Label
  • 3/4 oz heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 oz peppermint extract
  • ice cubes
  • peppermint patty candy (for garnish)

Instructions:

  • Pour the white chocolate syrup, rum, and peppermint extract into shaker
  • Fill with ice and shake well
  • Strain into a glass with ice cubes
  • Garnish with peppermint patty candy

5. Merry Christmas Cocktail

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Pusser's Blue Label
  • 1 oz cranberry juice
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 3-5 oz club soda
  • Cranberries (for garnish)

Instructions:

  • Pour the rum, cranberry juice, and lemon juice into a glass filled with ice
  • Stir until combined and top with club soda
  • Garnish with cranberries

6. A White Christmas

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz Pusser's Blue Label
  • 1 oz heavy cream
  • 1 oz peppermint schnapps
  • 1 oz white creme de cacao
  • pomegranate arils (for garnish)

Instructions:

  •  Pour the heavy cream, rum, schnapps, and white creme de cacao into a cocktail shaker over ice
  • Cover, and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted
  • Strain into a chilled glass, and garnish with pomegranate arils
