- 1.5 oz. Pusser’s Rum
- 2 oz. Dry Irish Hard Cider
- 2 oz. Ginger Beer
- 0.5 oz. Lime Juice
- Lime Wedge & Green Apple Slice (to garnish)
Directions
- Add the rum and lime juice to a highball glass or copper mug filled with ice.
- Top with equal parts dry Irish cider and ginger beer.
- Give it a gentle stir & garnish with a thin slice of green apple and a lime wedge.
