Ingredients

• 1.5 oz. Pusser’s Rum
• 2 oz. Dry Irish Hard Cider
• 2 oz. Ginger Beer
• 0.5 oz. Lime Juice
• Lime Wedge & Green Apple Slice (to garnish)

Directions

1. Add the rum and lime juice to a highball glass or copper mug filled with ice.
2. Top with equal parts dry Irish cider and ginger beer.
3. Give it a gentle stir & garnish with a thin slice of green apple and a lime wedge.
