Island Girl Remedy
Ingredients
- 2oz. Pusser's Rum
- 1oz. Lime Juice
- 2oz. Cream of Coconut
- Whipped Cream (to garnish)
- Graham Cracker Crumbs (to garnish)
- Toasted Coconut (to garnish)
Directions

Run a lime wedge around the rim of a martini glass, press the rim into a toasted coconut and graham cracker mixture until evenly coated.

Add the rum, cream of coconut, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker with ice.

Shake until the shaker is frost-cold.

Strain the mixture into your prepared glass and top with a dollop of whipped cream.

Dust the top with a final sprinkle of graham cracker crust and serve.
