Brace the Main Sail

Ingredients

50ml / 2oz Pussers Gunpowder
Muddled Peach
50 ml / 2oz Pineapple Juice
Squeeze of Honey
Top With IPA

Directions

Add Pussers Gunpowder into a cocktail shaker
Place Peach Slice into shaker and muddle
Add a squeeze of honey + Pineapple juice
Fill cocktail shaker with ice and shake
Pour into glass and garnish with a fresh peach slice

This delightful drink will really prove to be a firm favourite. It captures all the flavours of toffee, Demerara, cinnamon and clove and no doubt you will be coming back for more.
