Pusser's Holiday Cocktails from the Tiki Underground

This holiday season, the Tiki Underground in Akron, Ohio has created their own cocktails to spread Christmas cheer using Pusser's Rum! They've put a twist on an old favorite and added something to the nice list that everyone can enjoy. Whether you want to warm up with a glass of eggnog or you want to stay warm on a tropical beach, there is sure to be a drink that is a real gift for anyone on your list!
Reinkiller (Holiday Painkiller):
-1 oz Fresh Orange Juice
-2 oz Pineapple Juice
-1 oz Craft Egg Nog
-2-4 oz Pusser's Blue Label or Gunpowder Proof Rum
-Grated Cinnamon
Shake all with ice and serve in a Pussers Painkiller tin cup. Grate cinnamon over the surface and add a small candy cane garnish.
Nativity Strength:
-1/2 oz Lime Juice
-1 oz Cranberry Juice
-2 oz Fresh Orange Juice
-3/4 oz Cinnamon Syrup
-2 oz Pusser's Gunpowder Proof Rum
Shake and serve over ice in a mai tai glass. Garnish with lime, mint and cinnamon stick.
North Pole Bunker Buster:
-1/2 oz Nux Alpina
-1 oz. Pusser's Blue Label Rum
-3/4 oz. Lemon Juice
-1/2 oz. Rye
-1/2 oz. Orgeat
-1/4 oz. East India Solera Sherry
-1 tsp. Cinnamon Syrup
-3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
Combine all ingredients and whip shake with 3 ice cubes. Pour into glass over crushed ice and garnish with a lemon wheel, mint, and bitters.
Silent Night, Deadly Night:
-1 oz Pusser's Gunpowder Proof Rum
-1/2 oz Macchu Pisco
-1 oz Silver Rum
-1/2 oz Grapefruit Juice
-1/2 oz Cinnamon Syrup
-1/2 oz Falernum
-2 dashes Tiki Bitters
Coupe glass. Mint leaf garnish. Crushed ice.
Regaling on Remand:
-1 oz Pusser's Blue Label Rum
-1 oz Pusser's Gunpowder Proof Rum
-1/4 oz Allspice or Pimento Dram
-1/2 oz Demerara Simple Syrup
-3/4 Lime
Shake and strain into a chilled coupe glass. Grate cinnamon over the drink surface.
Nui Nui:
-2 oz Pusser's Blue Label Rum
-1 oz Orange Juice
-0.75 oz Cinnamon Syrup
-0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
-0.25 oz Vanilla Syrup
-0.25 oz Allspice or Pimento dram
-1 dash Angostura Bitters
Shake and serve in mai tai glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
