Blood Orange Painkiller


  • 2.5 oz Pusser's Rum
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz blood orange juice
  • 1 oz cream of coconut


  • Shake everything together with ice
  • Strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice
  • Top with more crushed ice, and garnish with pineapple fronds and a slice of blood orange
