• 1 oz orange curacao
• 3/4 oz lime juice
• lime wheel (for garnish)
• mint sprig (for garnish)

Making it is simple. For this version, all you have to do is put all of the liquid ingredients into a shaker full of ice. Pour it into your favorite cocktail glass and garnish it with the mint sprig and lime.

2. Spiced Pina Colada

Looking for a tropical drink that's a bit sweeter? Keep it simple with a fruity drink that everyone at your next pool party will love.

For this drink, you're going to need:

• 1 1/2 cups of ice
• 1/2 cup frozen diced pineapple
• 2 oz coconut cream
• 1/2 oz coconut rum

• 2 tsp caster sugar
• 3/4 oz pineapple juice
• soda water
• ground nutmeg
• 3 lime wedges
• fresh ginger
• 8 mint leaves
• 2 pineapple slices (for garnish)

For the simplest version of this treat, muddle the lime wedges, sugar, mint leaves, and fresh ginger. Add in the spiced rum, pineapple juice, and crushed ice. The top with soda water and garnish!

4. Spiced Painkiller

• 4 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz orange juice
• 1 oz cream of coconut
• freshly grated nutmeg
• orange slice
• maraschino cherry

Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake vigorously. Pour into a glass filled with ice. Grate fresh nutmeg on top! Garnish with an orange slice and cherry, it's just that simple!
