Planter's Punch
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. Pusser's Rum
- 2 oz. Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz. Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz. Grenadine
- 2 oz. Club Soda (optional)
Directions
- Mix the rum, pineapple juice, lime juice and grenadine in a cocktail shaker filled with ice
- Strain mixture into a glass filled with ice
- Top off with club soda if you'd like
Planter's Punch Cocktail
This drink is a classic, first shown in a 1909 edition of the New York Times. The key to this rum cocktail is to really put your own spin on it. This drink can be a little strong, so feel free to add in some club soda or play around with the different fruit juices instead of adding in grenadine to ease the ABV.
