Captain's Courage

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Gunpowder Proof Rum
2 oz. Hot Tea
2 tbsp. Butter
Pinch of Cinnamon - to taste
Pinch of Sugar - to taste

Directions

Melt butter and mix in cinnamon and sugar.
Add the butter mix to a glass of hot tea.
Mix in the rum and enjoy!

Captain's Courage Cocktail

A variation of a hot buttered rum, the Captain's Courage cocktail will make you feel nice and warm inside. If you like your tea with a bit of a kick, then this is the drink for you! The butter, cinnamon, and sugar mixture adds a sweetness to the tea that compliments the rum and allows the full variety of flavors and spices to come through.
