Caribbean Cooler
Ingredients
- 1.5 oz. Pusser's Rum
- 1 oz. Galliano Liqueur
- 3/4 oz. Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz. Simple Syrup
- 4.75 oz. Ginger Beer
Directions
- Add rum, liqueur, lime juice and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
- Shake until cold and strain over ice.
- Top off the glass with ginger beer, stir and enjoy!
