1. Zombie

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Pusser's Blue Label
• 1 oz Pusser's Gunpowder Proof
• .75 oz falernum
• .5 oz Pusser's Select 151
• 1 tsp absinthe
• .5 oz lime juice
• .5 oz grapefruit juice
• .25 oz grenadine
• ice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker
• Shake until combined
• Pour into glass with ice and garnish

2. Mai Tai

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Pusser's Blue Label
• 1 oz cachaça
• .5 oz triple-sec dry liqueur
• .75 oz orgeat
• .5 oz lime juice
• 1 lime wedge

Instructions:

• In a shaker full of ice, combine the rum, cachaça rum, orgeat, and lime juice
• Shake vigorously and strain into glass full of ice
• Garnish with lime wedge

3. Painkiller

Ingredients:

• 2 oz Pusser’s Blue Label
• 4 oz pineapple juice
• 1 oz orange juice
• 1 oz cream of coconut
• Freshly grated nutmeg
• ice

Instructions:

• Put all ingredients into shaker with ice
• Shake vigorously and pour into a glass
• Garnish with orange and a sprinkle of nutmeg

4. Jet Pilot

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Pusser's Blue Label
• .75 oz Pusser's Gunpowder Proof
• .75 oz Pusser's Select 151
• .5 oz falernum
• .5 oz cinnamon syrup
• .5 oz grapefruit juice
• .5 oz lime juice
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• 1 dash absinthe

Instructions:

• Whip all ingredients and strain with crushed ice
• Pour into glass and garnish with a mint sprig and cherry

5. Lapu Lapu

Ingredients:

• 2 oz fresh orange juice
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 1 oz passion fruit syrup
• .75 oz vanilla syrup
• 1 oz Pusser's Blue Label
• 1 oz light rum
• pineapple frond
• bordeaux cherry
• ice

Method:

• Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake
• Pour into glass and garnish with a pineapple frond and Bordeaux cherry
