A Year For the Books

This past year has been one for the books! We just want to thank all of you for your support towards Pusser's Rum this year and hope it was one full of lots of love, and plenty of Pusser's. Throughout this year, we have spread our brand throughout numerous events across the world, brainstormed plans for several exciting new projects, and shared the love of rum with all of you along the way! We have some exciting plans in the works for 2022 to share with you, but first, let's recap this past year.

Let's Recap

Throughout 2021, we have sponsored, hosted, and attended events all across the world. From the United Kingdom and Spain, to the United States and British Virgin Islands, the love of Pusser's has been shared everywhere. Let's take a look at a few of these events and some of our projects from the year.

Tiki Oasis in San Diego, CA:

Where Pusser's Rum and Liquid Alchemist teamed up to bring Pusser's Rum to the largest tiki gathering in the world!

Annapolis Boat Show at Pusser's Caribbean Grille on the Annapolis Harbor:

Where we hosted an annual gathering of the world's most prestigious sailboat show, selling our record breaking amount of Painkillers that totaled more than 30,600 Painkillers in one weekend alone.

The Spiced Rum Show in London, UK:

Where we presented our Gunpowder Proof Spiced blend to the UK for tasting and opinions. The consensus? It was a hit!

Painkiller Week at Adrift Tiki Bar:

Pusser's Painkillers were featured all week long in one of Colorado's most popular tiki bars with an elevated twist, being served in a coconut! 

World Uckers Championship in Portsmouth, UK:

Pusser's Rum sponsored the annual World Uckers Championship, gifting the winner the ultimate prize any Royal Navy veteran would love, a whole lot of Pusser's.

Trafalgar Night at Home with the Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity:

We sponsored Trafalgar Night for the RNRMC to raise money for Royal Navy and Marines families.

Social Media Giveaway:

We hosted a decanter giveaway on our Instagram for Trafalgar Night, to raise awareness for our event with the RNRMC and in the process, we gained over 500 new members to our social media family! As we move into the new year, we plan to do plenty more giveaways so make sure you're following along! @pussersrum on Instagram

New Mercantile:

We added several new Mercantile items, including 4 oz Up Spirits Rum Cakes, several limited edition mugs, a Swiss Quartz Chronograph Pusser's watch, BVI Shot Glasses, and Up Spirits Coffee Grounds.

Released Pusser's Rum x Hardscoop Painkiller Ice Cream:

Introduced our all new partnership with Hardscoop Inc. to bring you Painkiller Ice Cream!

Plans for Painkiller Canned Cocktail:

Finally, our newest item we have partnered with Hardscoop Inc. to produce is the Painkiller Ready-to-Drink Canned Cocktail! Available Spring 2022, the Painkiller RTD Cocktail will be sold in 4-packs, each a 12 oz. serving, wherever spirit-based alcohol is sold, and online on the Pusser’s Rum website.

UK Bartenders' Brand Awards:

Pusser's Gunpowder Proof Spiced takes home Category Champion, being declared the best of its kind.

San Francisco's World Spirits Competition:

Pusser's Gunpowder Proof Spiced, Pusser's Gunpowder Proof and Pusser's Aged 15 Years take home Double Gold.

World Rum Awards:

Pusser's Gunpowder Proof Spiced takes home the best title from the entire competition, World's Best Contemporary and Botanical Spiced!

Meininger's International Spirits Awards:

Pusser's Gunpowder Proof, Pusser's Aged 15 Years, and Pusser's Select Aged 151 all knock out the competition, each bringing home Gold. Along with that, Pusser's Gunpowder Proof was also declared Best Dark Rum of the Year.

Throughout all of these events this past year, we have grown our Pusser's family even further across the world. We're excited to have all of you follow along on our journey and hope you've had the best year yet.
