Lava Flow

Ingredients

1 cup Frozen Pineapple
2 oz. Coconut Cream
1 oz. Pusser's Rum
Strawberry Puree
Pineapple Wedge (to garnish)

Directions

Add frozen pineapple, coconut cream and Pusser's rum into a blender - blend until smooth.
Add the strawberry puree to the bottom and sides of your glass.
Pour the pineapple mixture into your glass, over the strawberry puree.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge and enjoy!

Think of a strawberry pina colada and this is what you get! Feel free to adjust the amount of strawberry puree to your liking and make yourself the perfect summertime drink.
