The daiquiri is a truly classic cocktail that does not disappoint, particularly in the warmer months of the year, though they can be enjoyed year round. The standard daiquiri requires just three main ingredients (two if you’re more of an Ernest Hemingway type): rum, sugar, and citrus. To start, try a Pusser’s Dark Hemingway Daiquiri:
2 ounces Pusser’s Rum Blue Label
1 ounce fresh lime juice
1 ounce simple syrup
Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled Martini glass.

1/2 freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
