Start Spring Early with these Pusser’s Rum Daiquiris

The daiquiri is a truly classic cocktail that does not disappoint, particularly in the warmer months of the year (though it can easily be enjoyed year round). The word itself tends to evoke imagery of sunny days and swaying palms, making it a no-brainer spring staple. A standard daiquiri requires just three main ingredients (two if you’re more of an Ernest Hemingway type): rum, sugar, and citrus. We’ve rounded up a few of the simplest, tastiest Pusser’s Rum daiquiris that require little to no effort to make but don’t skimp on flavour. Give one a try, and let us know how you like it.

To start, try a Pusser’s Dark Hemingway Daiquiri:

daiq

2 ounces (~50 ml) Pusser’s Rum Blue Label
1-ounce (~25 ml) fresh lime juice
1-ounce (~25 ml) simple syrup

Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a chilled Martini glass.

If you’re in the mood for something tart, treat yourself to a Grapefruit Pusser’s Daiquiri:

unspecified

2 ounces (~50 ml) Pusser’s Rum
1/2 freshly squeezed grapefruit juice
1/4 ounce (~7 ml) simple syrup
1 ounce (~25 ml) lime juice

Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well. Pour into a cocktail glass.

For something fruity, try a Lime & Strawberry Pusser’s Daiquiri:

For something simple and not too sweet, go for a Pusser’s Orange Daiquiri:

1/2-ounce (~25 ml) lemon juice
2-ounces (~100 ml) orange juice
