4 Pusser’s Rum Cocktails for Autumn

Fall may be ubiquitous with the Pumpkin Spice Latte, but we think you deserve something better and bolder. These rum cocktails are packed with spice, flavor, and all the ingredients needed to properly celebrate the season. Try one out tonight, and let us know how you like it.

Pusser's Cinnamon Cider CrispPusser’s Cinnamon Cider Crisp

  • 2 ounces Pusser’s Rum
  • 2 ounces apple cider
  • 3 teaspoons maple syrup
  • Squeeze fresh lemon
  • 3-4 dashes cinnamon


Pour rum, cider, maple syrup, lemon, and cinnamon into cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well! Strain into glass filled with ice.
Garnish with fresh apple and cinnamon stick.

Pusser’s Rummy Old Fashioned

  • 2 ounces of Pusser’s Rum Aged 15 Years
  • 1/4 ounce maple syrup
  • A couple dashes of Angostura bitters (Try chocolate or orange bitters for variation)
  • Orange twist

Combine liquids in a mixing glass with ice. Stir until well chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a single cube of ice. Garnish with  a fresh orange.

Chai Hot Toddy with Pusser’s Rum & Coconut Milk

  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 chai tea bag
  • 2 ounces Pusser’s Rum


Combine  coconut milk, water and sugar in a small sauce pot and bring to simmer. Turn off heat and place tea bag in the pot. Let steep for 5-7 minutes. Add rum to the sauce pot, stir to combine then pour into a mug. Garnish with cinnamon or other spices.

  • 2 ounces Pusser’s Spiced Rum
  • 4 ounces hard apple cider
  • 1 apple slice for garnish
  • Cinnamon sticks
  • Cinnamon Powder


Add spiced rum, cinnamon sticks and cider in a mug and stir gently. Top with apple slice garnish and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
