At Pusser’s, we’re firm believers that rum makes most things in life better, and chocolate is very much included in that list. That’s why we’ve come up with a recipe combining two of life’s greatest pleasures: Pusser’s Rum and chocolate. Pusser’s Rummy Chocolate Truffle Recipe:

16 ounces semi-sweet chocolate
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp. butter
1 ounce Pusser’s Rum
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1. Melt 16 ounces semi-sweet chocolate in pan over low heat. Remove from heat.
2. Add 1 cup cream, 2 tbsp. butter, 1 ounce rum, and 1 tsp. vanilla extract to melted chocolate mixture. Stir well.
Refrigerate over night!
3. Spoon out truffle balls. Use your fingers to shape the balls.
4. Dip truffle balls in chocolate coating and top with sprinkles.
Refrigerate 10-15 min.
