February’s Featured Cocktails

As the seasons change, so do our taste for cocktails. Every month we’re going to be featuring a few of our favorite seasonal cocktails.

Pusser’s Royal Love Potion

2 oz (~60 mL) Pusser’s Rum
2 oz (~60 mL) Pomegranate Juice
1 oz (~30 mL) Pineapple Juice
1 oz (~30 mL) Orange Juice
Lemon Lime Soda
Lime for Garnish

Combine rum and juices in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
Shake well. Pour into glass filled with ice.
Fill remainder of glass with lemon-lime soda and stir well.
Garnish with fresh lime wedge.

Pusser’s Rum Cupid’s Arrow

1.5 oz (~45 mL) Pusser’s Rum
2 oz (~60 mL) Pear Juice
1 oz (~30 mL) Soda Water
1/2 oz (~15 mL) Lime Juice
1/2 oz (~15 mL) Cherry Juice Concentrate
Sugar for Rim
Cherry for Garnish

Dip the rim of a cocktail glass in rum, then in sugar.
Combine pear juice, rum, cherry juice concentrate and
lime juice. Stir well. Fill glass with ice and pour mixture in.
Top with a splash of soda water, and garnish with a cherry.

Pusser’s Rum Orange Royale

2 oz (~60 mL) Pusser’s Rum
3 oz (~90 mL) Champagne
1 oz (~30 mL) Orange Liqueur
1 oz (~30 mL) Orange Juice

Combine ingredients in a glass.
Stir well and serve immediately.

Pusser’s Rum Caribbean Kiss

2 oz (~60 mL) Pusser’s Rum
2 oz (~60 mL) Amaretto
1oz (~30 mL) Kahlua
1oz (~30 mL) Cream
Cinnamon for Garnish
Raw Sugar for Rim

Dip the rim of a cocktail glass in Kahlùa, then in raw sugar.
Shake the spirits and cream with ice, strain into the
frosted glass and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
