Lava Flow
Ingredients
- 1 cup Frozen Pineapple
- 2 oz. Coconut Cream
- 1 oz. Pusser's Rum
- Strawberry Puree
- Pineapple Wedge (to garnish)
Directions
- Add frozen pineapple, coconut cream and Pusser's rum into a blender - blend until smooth.
- Add the strawberry puree to the bottom and sides of your glass.
- Pour the pineapple mixture into your glass, over the strawberry puree.
- Garnish with a pineapple wedge and enjoy!
Lava Flow Cocktail
An incredible drink for a hot day! (Ironic isn't it?) A delicious blend of pineapple, coconut and rum lightly mixed together with a perfect amount of strawberry.
